Hbbajee Terms and Conditions — Please read before use

1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between hbbajee ("we", "us", "the Platform") and the user ("you", "member"). Please read these Terms in full before using the hbbajee.ws website, mobile app, or any related services.

2 Account Registration

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To qualify:

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hbbajee platform:

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to access another user's account or engaging in hacking.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or disturbing other members.
• Assisting minors in opening an account.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by hbbajee

Hbbajee may close or suspend an account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Failure to provide verification information.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Due to legal requirements or regulatory directives.

7.2 Self-Initiated Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. All pending bets will be settled before closure, and any remaining balance will be refunded.

7.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account will be marked inactive after 12 months of no transactions. A monthly administrative fee of ৳100 may be deducted from inactive accounts, though the balance will never fall below zero.

8 Limitation of Liability

Hbbajee is not liable for the following:

• Financial losses resulting from your own betting decisions.
• If a transaction fails due to internet or mobile network issues.
• Delays caused by third-party payment provider errors.
• If you share your account credentials with someone else.
• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure events.

Hbbajee's total liability shall not exceed the original transaction amount in any given case.

9 Responsible Gaming

Hbbajee believes gaming and betting are purely for entertainment. To help prevent addiction, we offer the following tools:
